We are currently seeking professional team members to fill the following position:
 
ONSITE COMMUNITY MANAGER/COMMUNITY MANAGER
 
This position is for management of homeowner's associations; managing the day-to-day operations in accordance with company policies for carrying out the mandates of each Association's Board of Directors. The portfolio includes high-end Scottsdale and Phoenix communities with on site hours; single family, condominiums, urban living and mixed use.
  • Oversee service contracts for goods and services
  • Be familiar with association financial statements and delinquencies
  • Assist bookkeeping with information which will assist in collection of funds
  • Assist Board and committees with financial planning
  • Be familiar with CC&R's and plat maps for associations
  • Make weekly inspections of common areas and ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met
  • Order emergency repairs on common elements
  • Ensure effective maintenance and operation of amenities
  • Secure necessary supplies and inventory for timely replacement.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Attendance at evening meetings is a requirement of this postition. Experience is a plus.
