Association management is a specialized field. We are not "property managers." Although overseeing the care of common area property and the governance of owned properties within each community are a part of what we do, it is only a segment of the "people-property-amenities" big picture. We manage COMMUNITIES.  Associations are about people, not just property. It is where people live. It is a place that people financially invest in for their future. It is where people choose to call "home."  

With URBAN ENVIROMENTS being developed across the Valley, it has become extremely important for Community Managers to understand urban culture and life style. The economic landscape plays a vital role in the health of our Communities and its residents.  Arizona Community Management Services is the only management firm qualified to offer the education and commitment to environmental health by connecting and supporting Board of Directors with decisions that ultimately benefit communities.

Many communities have the amenity of common area landscape and open space. These are areas set aside during the development planning process for the common enjoyment of all residents. Some areas are designed with formal landscape features while others are left natural, utilizing native grasses and plant materials.  By incorporating GREEN standards, new and older Community Associations will benefit.  The goal is to integrate practices that will improve, and together yield optimal energy and cost savings, quality, and performance, while maintaining a healthier environment.
